My phone isn't working well anymore and the screen is cracked. I tried contacting Asurion to file a claim and they sent me a claim number from 2 years ago when I previously used their service at that time. They told me my product will arrive on 09/07/12.
How is that possible? I just need a replacement phone. Help?!
