Does anyone know why the Gizmo Pal app installed on my HTC one announces the 2nd caregiver as "2nd caregiver" instead of using the assigned name?

Once the second caregiver downloads the Gizmopal app and registers the phone with the Gizmopal band, the band will start announcing the relationship used by the second caregiver during the registration process.
