how do i get all my text message and phone call history from verizon?

I had phone issues and dropped my phone I just got it working but I cant get any of my calls or messages to show up I need to know who called and messaged me because I have really important business messages through my phone. can Verizon send me my history or what can I do?

If you're the Account Owner and logged in as such, you have access to your current call and text logs via your on-line My Verizon account.  You'll also have access to the past 18 months' worth of call logs, as well as the past 90 days' worth of text logs, by viewing the past bills.
