Backup Assistant

I just got a used Q10 activated last night and I did a backup on the backup assistant on my older BB before I switched over. I can't find the backup assistant anywhere on the one I just got. Is there anywhere I can download this app or another way to import all of my contacts? I'm lost without it! I appreciate anything you can offer.

go into your contacts and it may be in there. if not let me know and ill check somewere else

screen, select BlackBerry World.
Refer to BlackBerry Article ID: KB17619 for information regarding how to navigate the BlackBerry App
World storefront and download/install apps.

It has the BBM contacts but nothing for the Verizon Backup Assistant. Thanks

go to blackberry world and look up backup as plus

Thanks again. I had already tried that and I also looked under all of the available Verizon apps. I can't find it anywhere.
