Stopped receiving emails recently

Stopped receiving emails recently. When I touch inbox it says "storage space low-account deactivated". a friend found 1500 emails that she deleted and I emptied my cache. How do I re-activate this account as it is still giving me the same notice.

Hmm that does seem to be a very strange. Let's make sure that we get your e-mail back up and running without any troubles. Have you been able to try to delete the e-mail account from the phone and then re add it back into the phone?
