Why does it say "Message expired or not available" when sending or receiving picture messages. I only began having this problem within the last 4-5 days. I have an LG Cosmos.

I started being able to get pic messages again today. Not sure what happened, but it started working again. Anything specific I should do in the future if this happens again? I don't use the device for email or web.
