I have had this phone since October and every 2 months I have to do a factory reset because it won't ring in. The only way I know I have a phone call is with a voicemail. Is there anything I can do to fix this or should I call and get a new one??
Matthews974473,That's very odd that you're device will not ring at times. Is it specific to a particular area? If the factory reset is resolving the issue, then it may actually be related to a third party application.
