My screen turned black. This is my second phone in about 3 weeks. I have tried everything I can think of to fix it but nothing works. I tried to shut it off and charged it but nothing happened. Can anyone help??

I am not having much luck with this phone. I tried to get another phone last time the phone would not work but they wanted to charge me a restocking fee of $75. That phone was about 1 to 2 weeks old. This one is about a week and a half old. I was told that these phones are very seldom returned because they are such great phones. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If you'd tried replacing it through the store with no results you might have to try using customer service and speaking to tear 2 Tech.  If you'd like the Number to reach them it is  1-800-922-0204 Via Land Line use Option 4 that is the way I'd call tech or if you can use a friend's or families phone,  call  *611 have the Tech go over the issue with you but with a screen that has blackened and possibly won't come back the tech will probably send you out another one..
