task killer app

what is the best task killer app that will kill all open apps that are not necessary? i have advanced task killer on my phone currently and it does kill some apps that are open but not all. which in the end ends up chewing up my data usage? anyone have a recommendation of a better one thats free??

Remove the Task Killer immediately! Use the data usage option in the settings to restrict background data usage for the applications that are using the most data. You can also turn off the cellular data connection when you expect to be connected to a wifi connection for extended periods of time.
