I just got my phone, and thought the fingerprint security was a great idea - but it didn't read my fingerprint after several hours, and reverted to the backup password, which it also didn't accept. So now I have no way to unlock the phone, because I can't get back to the fingerprint screen - the phone is stuck on the backup password screen. I only get so many tries before the phone resets to factory defaults, and all the information, including apps I have set up, will be gone. The folks at the store couldn't help. I'll reset if I have to but would prefer not to lose an afternoon's work. I figure I can get the fingerprint to work with a little help from an alcohol swipe, but I need to get back to that screen.
