Brand new LG Extravert 2. Activated today. Worried. Speaker soft button on screen says the speaker is off when it's on and says it's on when it's off. Verizon customer support guy was clueless. I've read a lot about problems with this phone. Guess I thought the odds were in my favor. Surely Verizon and LG would not continue to market a product as crappy as the customer reviews say. Maybe I was wrong. Anyone have a solution? More importantly, what will go wrong next? I have 2 weeks to return the thing to Best Buy, but not many alternatives for a basic phone with a keyboard for texting, and they all seem fraught with issues.
