Need help please transferring texts to computer!

I have a Basic Phone (LG Octane VN530). I need to free up space on my phone. I need to know how to transfer my saved text meto my computer. Btw, there is not a SIM card in the phone. Is there a way to do the transfer by plugging one end of my charger into my computer, and the other end to my phone? I don't want to have to email each individual text to myself, as that's very time consuming. Anyone's prompt help is greatly appreciated!

One thing you can do is forward them on to an email address. In the to field just type the email address instead of a phone number. Mary

Oops forget what I said as I see you don't want to go that route. Have no clue if that phone hooks to a computer. In my opinion by the time you spend a good amount of time trying to get phone to communicate with computer it's faster to send them to email. Mary
