50% of my photos have turned to gray boxes in the gallery. Phone is only one month old. Blogs say is a known issue, but no solution. Whats up?
Let's get your photos working, jrscott1970. Do you currently use a SD card? If so, can you unmount the SD card by going to Settings>Storage>Unmount SD card. Once the card has been unmounted, please try taking a picture so it will save to your internal memory. Does this photo also turn to a grey box?AndreaS_VZWFollow us on Twitter @VZWSupport
