I recently got a Red message in the upper left hand corner saying Secure Fail: Modem? I am not sure why this is there or what I need to do. I have not modified the phone from it's original install with the exception of adding some applications.
The other message I am receiving says "System software not aurhtoized by Verizon Wireless has been found on your phone."
Do I have to go to Verizon to get this fixed? Can someone tell me why or how this happens? Is there anyway I can get rid of it myself?
