Is there a setting on the phone I need to turn on to be Qi compatible? Read all the instructions, even took off case. Any suggestions?
I'm assuming you put a wireless charging cover on the phone?

I use wireless charging also, but I do not use the wireless charging cover. The wireless charging cover makes the phone thicker and is harder for you to put the phone into a case. I got a wireless charging receiver from another website. It is a thin enough to fit under the current back and allows me to use basically any cover.
