Set up fingerprint scan and has been working great. Today, phone asks for 'backup password'. I have entered every password I can think... no good. Any help/suggestions?!?
Dont lock yourself out. if you dont remeber what you set up for a apssword phone may need to be reset i would call custoemr service and get tech support before you lock your phone
