How to have Mail prompt for deletion, instead of just deleting?

Recently switched from SIII to S5, and I can't seem to locate feature in Mail app to prompt for deletion of emails before deleting them? Had that setup on my SIII.

Did find that for Gmail app, so I have that setup.

We know its important to have your email setup properly! What type of email account is this? Pop3, Exchange etc.,? Based on the email type would determing the rules for the email account.
