Have a Galaxy S4 that keeps losing it's network connectivity. Randomly I will look at my phone and will have lost network connectivity. When this happens I cannot send/receive texts, send/receive phone calls, get online, etc. I get the message that cannot connect to the network. The only way to fix this is to restart the phone. Once the phone reboots then the network connection is back. This happens at random times, no particular time frame. I went in to the local Verizon store and they suggested a new SIM card. Installed the new SIM card and the phone worked good for about 24 hours then the problem started again. Any suggestions for fixing this problem? This phone isn't even a year old yet. The guys at the local store were a bit stumped by this problem. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!
