Can I get an international SIM card in Jamaica?

I have galaxy s4 activated not in contract. I also have my old Moto Razr not activated. When I travel to Jamaica (or anywhere international) I need to figure out how I do the international thing with sim card. If I travel there, then I go on roaming and it costs a ton. Do I just go down there and get a sim card? how do I pay then. This topic is to broad on the internet and seems to be different per device. Is phone unlocked or does it have to be?

Traveling and being able to stay connected is always so important. One nice thing about our 4G devices is that they are already unlocked and can be used with an International SIM card. With that being said, billing for those and service wise, is not information that we would have, as you would no longer be using our service. You can reach out to the local carriers to find out their rates. Enjoy your trips!
