Trouble connecting to Verizon Jetpack

I have a Galaxy S4 and can not connect to my Jetpack- it keeps connecting then disconnecting. I can connect to other networks without a problem. This is really strange. The only thing I can think of to do is reset my wifi settings. Can anyone help me?

Help is right here, front & center decoffma!May I ask what model jetpack fo you have? Can I assume that it's a Verizon jetpack? Are you able to connect to other wifi networks with your Galaxy s 4? As you share the details then we can troubleshoot.
