Any idea how to restore your contact. Verizon Cloud does not seem to work. Help is no help.

Can anyone tell me how to download my contacts from the cloud on a Note 4. I backed them up to the cloud on my iPhone as instructed in help but the backup assistant I download does nothing. Help tells me to download Backup Assistant Plus but the only thing that comes up in the Amazon app store is the app I downloaded already. The Verizon cloud application does nothing.

We definitely want to be sure you get your contacts. When backing up your contacts on your previous iPhone, did you use the Backup Assistant application? When using Verizon Cloud now, do you get an error message?

I have the same problem. First where do you get backup assistant? Its not on my phone and when I check the play store there isn't a Verizon backup assistant I can find. I've tried to back up my contacts and all it backs up are 5 which all start with the "#". Nothing seems to be working.

look for Verizon Cloud backup in the play store

I'd try getting them from Backup Assistant, if you had that on your previous phone
