Help. My ringback tones wont work
DebbieHollowell,Sorry to hear about the trouble setting the default ringback tone. When was the ringback tone purchased? Try this: 1 - From the Media Store home page, click the Manage Tones dropdown menu. 2 - Click Manage My Ringback Tones.Note: You must be signed in with your username and password for My Verizon to access your Ringback Tones. 3 - Click Edit next to the song you want to set as your default. 4 - Click the Star icon. 5 - Click Apply Changes. 6 - Click the X icon in the top-right corner of the screen to close the Edit window. Let us know if you receive an error message at any point. Then once it shows as the assigned ringback tone, test it out and let us know if the correct music is now playing.BrianP_VZWFollow Us on Twitter @VZWSupport
