How do I stop a pulsating pink screen light?

Problem solved - I shut down the power to my phone and when

I powered it back up the flashing lights had stopped. Wish someone had

suggested that days earlier!!!!!

Perhaps you can find answers to both questions by reading the user manual available online at the Samsung website and the Verizon Wireless website.

The screen pulsated with every touch; however, the problem went away after

I shut down the phone completely and later turned it back on. Thanks

just wish I had tried that days earlier .
