When my iphone 4S is off (prepaid plan) and a call comes in and leaves a message, when I turn on phone, there is no indication that I received a call or any kind of notification that I have a voicemail waiting. Also, no sounds for voicemail alerts are working even though they are all turned on. Is this just a prepaid issue? Seems like an iPhone should work as a Phone, no?
