How do I find the My Verizon Mobile app?

Where can I get the Verizon data usage app? I had it on my s3 and it was great

I very much understand how important it is to be up to date with usage! You're able to add widgets by tapping and holding any empty area on the home screen, then tap widgets and drag to preferred home screen.
