Fingerprint access is not working & the phone isn't recognizing the backup password I recorded. Down to one attempt before a factory reset is threatened. Any alternative to access my phone?
Did you activate Android Device Manager on your phone and associate it with your Google account? If so, then you may be able to use Android Device Manager to unlock your phone.
