Hi everyone,
I'm having a problem trying to access My Verizon with the app that's pre-installed (v4.0) on my Droid X. When I run it I get an error that says: "Your MDN could not be validated, Please try later." I've been trying since yesterday and still get this error.
When I tried to install the update in the App Store hoping that would cure my error (v5.0), it gets most of the way through the install, then tells me that the update was "unsuccessful."
I just got off the phone with Tech Support and they tried it on two different X's and they had the same problem. They said it must be a software (app) problem along with the support site that the app connects too.
How many out there are experiencing this problem?
