We have 2 droids on our account, both are maxx1080 and both will turn off and restart numerous times daily. We have safe mode both phones for 2 weeks each and they continue to turn themselves off and restart.
swhicks2,Hmm, that is certainly quite interesting that both devices would be doing the same thing. Do both devices use the same applications? How long has this been going on? Any recent changes with either since this started? New apps or software updates? Does it happen at specific times or with specific apps? Is there any damage to the devices?
