With the 8.1 update, when i use the camera phone I will have to shut off and repower up the phone before able to use it. The camera is green and when a photo is taken it shows a white screen or is black. Is this in relation to the update and is the

Trying to use the Camera to take photos or video and its green.  Snapping a photo it is either black or white screen.  I assume its the update.  I found the camera worked fine before and now that we have the update its been doing this.  Am I the only one?  I hope there is a fix.

Try doing a soft reset of the phone; no data will be lost.

Press and hold the power button and volume down button for about 10 seconds will do the trick; the phone should vibrate and reboot your phone.
