My husband and I have S5's and after the Lollipop update we lost blocking mode. Where did it go? We need that feature.
Blocking mode is now called Interruptions:
settings > sound and notification > interruptions

Interruption is not a renamed Blocking mode, you can't add or eliminate the names you want to block...it says All or Favorite contact only or contact only. Tell me to choose the contact to Block
And it SUCKS.
For crying out loud what a freaking screw up... put blocking back or keep your stupid phone. One of the most important features!!!

Blocking mode is just renamed. I was able to access from the notifications pull down. Pess and hold the star icon (interruptions)... the menu came up. You can't get as much customizations with the allowed callers, but if you put your priority people in favorites then it'll work. It let me set the days and times to turn on/off, etc.
