Text messaging is not working after lollipop update. I have 4 bars and keep getting text message failed log.

when on wifi, it gives me the error message immediately, if not on wifi, it says sending for about 60 seconds before showing Message not sent. Touch to retry.

Oh no, let's get these messages back in business! Does this happen with all your contacts or just some? Do you notice this happens everywhere or just some locations? Is everything else working okay?
