how do i disable the update? I do not need the update, and i do not want the update. why fix what is Not broken?
I don't think there is a way to disable the update. You can temporarily prevent it from downloading, but eventually it will download and install without any input from you.
I think I have seen another user on this forum say he went to a Samsung Experience store and they were able to roll back the update.
You can't. The samsung exerience store may be able to roll it back to a previous version, but on stock firmware, you cannot stop OTAs. You can delay them but eventually it will install on it's own.
