I just upgraded from S4 to S6, backed-up messages on Verizon Cloud, but messages did not download into phone. Cloud says "see message app" for messages but opening message apps (VZW or Samsung) shows no history. Help!
You might try using SMS Backup & Restore - Android Apps on Google Play or Samsung Smart Switch Mobile - Android Apps on Google Play
