My Turbo will not auto rotate in any app. I have toggled the auto rotate option, and reset my phone to factory. An ap I downloaded indicated the gyroscope was working fine, but it still will not work.
Hello themattgorr,I want to make sure we get your Turbo back to its normal functionality. I know many of my applications require my screen to rotate as well. I appreciate all the troubleshooting you have completed to try to resolve this issue. Are you only encountering this issue on applications? Does the phone have any screen damage?
