I am having problems with service. I cant call to update roaming capabilities with no signal. Please help me.

Intesity 2 i got it from my cousin and i get signal no where
Prepay Customer Service at 888-294-6804 is the Prepaid department. Have you added time and activated it? Dialed *228 if 3G phone and checked the SIM card if 4G?
