Adware

My galaxy s4 will take me to Google store and prompt to install random apps like uber, and a real estate app randomly when I click on my email, or text messages, or even notifications. Ran scan several times and it is not detecting anything. Any suggestions?

My galaxy 5 is doing the exact same thing. I guess I will live with it until I switch carriers because calling customer service is a joke. I was looking to get another issue resolved and they were supposed to call me today at 11:10 to discuss. Instead I get a text that I cannot reply back to. Worst experience ever!

I am having the same problem with my phone. I installed AdWare app and it found the culprit. The problem I am having is that the adware was found in two of the pre-installed apps (Slacker and NFL). Because they are pre-installed apps, I am unable to uninstall them. I tried doing a Factory data reset and that didn't even touch the pre-installed apps, so it was still there when the phone restated. I have no idea what to do now.
