I get my office365 emails from work on my phone and at work. If I delete from the phone, they also delete at work - is there a setting that will let me delete from the phone but keeps them on the server?

I understand wanting to have a back up copy of your emails to remain on your computer. Do you know if your email account is set up with IMAP or POP3?
