hello I lost the os on my droid bionic and I tried to flash it back to stock it went to 21/22 then my phone died and its stuck saying low battery cannot program boot failure is there a way to fix this
I would charge the phone at least a Good 6 to 8 hours as it could be in deep discharged state

You don't need it plugged into the PC to Factory Reset the Bionic. You can charge it plugged into the PC, but it will take longer.
If you still have the OEM charger that came with the phone that is the way I would charge it, Its more of a better charge in the sense that a OEM will charge then switch to a trickle stage charge..
