I have had my Galaxy S4 for almost two years. It will not turn on and does not show the red light when I try to charge it. I have not been to a Verizon store but I do plan on it. I was just looking for any help or answer here before I go in the store. Will I need to buy a phone to use until my upgrade or will they replace it? Thank you for any response
