How do I move apps to my new device?

I just purchased a new phone. I'm transferring from the Samsung s3 to a new s4 edge. I transferred my contacts,etc from the cloud but the apps (games) did not transfer.

Do I have to download those one at a time again or is there a way to move all apps at once to my new phone?

Log into your google account in the phone and go to your Google Play store app or go to the desktop webpage and log in.  You will see all your apps there, and can re-install them from there.
