"Settings" fails whenever I access Settings - General tab - System updates. How can this be repaired? I want to update to Lollipop.
If you think updating to Lollipop is a good thing trust me it has totally hosed up my phone even a factory reset has not fixed it! Battery has to stay on charger when not in use or it runs down in a few hours now.
