New VZW website WON'T activate Motorola Droid, but does my other phones.

I have a Moto Droid, HTC Eris Droid and a Blackberry Storm2. I can activate any of the phones from the website except the Motorola Droid. I have to call customer support to have it activated. This is a huge pain in the rear.

Why can't Verizon fix the web to accept Motorola Droid like it does all the others???

Certain features have to be removed or added when activated the Droid. Therefore it will not allow you to activate it online. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

Just out of curiosity Lee-Lee what features have to be removed or added with the Droid that doesn't have to be removed or added with the Droid Eris or the Blackberry Storm?
