All my contacts have disappeared. I don't know what happened. Can anyone help me?
Were your contacts backed up to your phone or a cloud service like Verizon Backup or Gmail?
if your contacts are in gmail, make sure that "sync contacts" is checked in accounts.
You'll get asked this so, did you take the OTA upgrade since yesterday to update the phone's operating system?
It didn't ask me about an upgrade yesterday but my contacts were gone this morning. Does anyone know where the Samsung site on the computer is. My contacts might be there.

I'm not sure you will find any of your contacts there though. But there is a Samsung support link at the top of that page.
