Why is the ringer volume resetting on S5?

I have a problem with ringer volume resetting itself to very low after I receive a call on Samsung Galaxy S5.

This has only been an issue since the Lollipop update.

How can I fix it?

Update's are meant to improve your device Janice. I am sorry to learn of the difficulties you are experiencing after the lollipop update. Let's get to the bottom of your equipment concerns. Does the volume lower after every phone call you receive? Does this happen when you make an outgoing call? Do you happen to put the phone in a pocket or purse after the phone call?

Updates are meant to improve your device janiceL. I regret to learn of the difficulties you are experiencing with the recent update. Does the volume on the device lower after every call you receive? Does this happen when you make outgoing calls? After you hand up the call, do you happen to put the phone directly into your pocket or purse?
