My Galaxy S5 has suddenly stopped rotating; I have tried tapping my phone, literally spinning my phone in all directions to get the gyroscope to calibrate, tried taking out the battery, did a factory reset, even using *#0*# to enter the testing menu (nothing opened) . I am learning that I'm not the only one who has or is experiencing this issue. Would anyone have a suitable solution to this issue?
