How do I reset my @vzw.blackberry.net password?

I know that Verizon is getting out of using the blackberry personal email, but I've just picked up a Z30 and I would like to know how to reset the password to my @vzw.blackberry.net? I use this account for business reasons and some personal and would like to be able to forward mail from it to my Outlook account. If anyone knows how then please send any and all info concerning this matter or a direct link if possible.

I have a similar issue - I had to restore my blackberry and I can not remember the password to my @vzw.blackberry.net email account. when I select forgot password it emails to my @vzw.blackberry.net account - which I can not access.
