How do I turn off the Narrator option?

Hello,

I engaged the Narrator option on my Nokia Lumina 822, thinking it would help with my hands free device and now my phone is driving me crazy. I want to disengage it. How do I do that? Thank you

Settings / Speech / read aloud text messages - for text messages.
