My S6 Edge has the photos that either show upside down or sideways sometimes. I called tech support they sent me to Best Buy remote store to get an update that only Best Buy has from Samsung without wiping my system. I went to Best Buy and they looked at me like I was crazy and didn't know what the heck I was talking about. In the mean time I still have my photos showing upside down or sideways. Any answers out there without wiping my system? Yes my screen rotation is turned on.
