Just received two gold S6 edge's last week. and on my wife's phone the recent apps key does not light up but it still works. only the back arrow lights up?
I'd recommend doing a factory data reset to see if it's software related. If that doesn't fix it, I'd go to a Verizon store ASAP as it's likely a hardware defect.
