When I make a call my husband's name shows up in display and confuses the call receiver. His name is the only one on the account.Local store said they couldn't do it. How can I get my name included?
Are you referring to the name people see on Caller ID when they get a call from you? You can change what name gets shown on Caller ID in My Verizon.
Typically the name that shows is the name of the primary account holder.
This is true. It's called Share Name ID. It will only show your chosen name to other Verizon users though.
